The facility comprises an innovative 75-tonne capacity cold room with blast coolers that are designed to secure optimum temperature and area for general cargo with a trained, dedicated and customer-friendly team fully equipped to handle all types of cargo efficiently.
The cool chain is closely monitored by a qualified quality control team to update clients on the status of their shipments at every stage. Products being air or sea freighted are pre-cooled and blast chilled whenever required, prior to handover to the airline or shipping line.
Staff are well trained in operations and undergo regular training in Cargo Build-up, Perishable Handling and Warehouse Safety & Security training. Our personalised customer service is effective and satisfies specific customer requests.
